Ok. So i tried some wright rub. Mayo for a binder. , added some Tony's and some cayenne. Very tasty. I cooked a little hot and a little too fast. One slab. Fantastic taste.
Slab 2,mustard for a binder. Only wrights rub. Very good, but didn't have the POW the other did.
