First post here but been egging for about a year now Just wanted to let everyone know about a new shop in memphis called memphis bbb supply. Dropped by yesterday morning and this place is incredible. 20lb bags of Rockwood charcoal for $21.99, undisturbed still on pallet. Had all the dizzy pigs rubs in full and sample sizes. Create your own smoking wood section section with logs, chips and chunks. Don't sell BGE but had maverick and other nice accessories. Owner was very helpful and super nice guy. They will be starting rewards program soon and will have demonstrations on deep fried and smoked turkeys for free on Nov 15th. Couldn't wait to get home and try the Mediterranean-ish on a boneless leg of lamb. Pics below.

Went great with the lamb and mushrooms. We were using a lot of cavenders Greek seasoning but I think this is our new go to for lamb. Mixed some with olive oil for a paste for the outside and then coated the inner portion of the leg. Gave it a nice crust but left it on the egg a little too long. I had a little trouble measuring temp since it was a smaller leg (1.65#). My ThermaPop was giving me 115 for the innermost part and 150s on the outer part
