@Philly35 I did foil these. I smoked for about 3 hours then wrapped in HDAF. In that vessel I added a little apple juice, honey and brown sugar. Works every time. Ended up being a 3 hour, 2 hour cook due to time constraints.LBGE, Marietta, GA
