Pizza and wings night!

Wings were done half with pineapple head and half with a coffe rub. Both finished with a bbq sauce mix. The pineapple head was finished with a honey and Sweet Baby Rays mix and the coffee rub was topped with Blues Hog half and half of the sweet and the spicey. The kids did their own pizzas. One was cheese and the other was cheese, Italian mild sausage and onion. The adult pizza was a mix of motz, five cheese blend, jack, Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions and sopresatta sausage. The sauce is home made but I buy my dough from a local pizza shop.



















We have my mother in law over every weekend since my father in law passed. I swear she doesn't eat all week in anticipation of dinner. LOL this week she showed up with cheddar worst in hand and asked if I would mind cooking them on the egg so she could take them home with her. My wife gave me the I'm sorry look and I just laughed and said hell yes I can cook em up for you!
