I usually smoke fish in - sorry for mentioning it - a Cookshack electric smoker. Generally, I set it to run at about 190*. The results are unbelievable.
I'd like to see if I can smoke fish on the Egg at really low temperature but I don't know if it's do-able.
Has anyone tried running an Egg at less than 200? I'd only need it for about 60 - 90 minutes but I don't know it it's possible.
Is it?

Amazenproducts sells what you are looking for. There are others as well, but I think this is the most popular.

You can also look into an amaz-n-smoker-
It can do really low temps- can get them on Amazon-
You can use the egg but better go light on the charcoal so it gets good airflow and watch closely. If you have a pit controller it will helpGreensboro, NC
