Next week, we are doing a Pot Luck at work. I'm new to the egg and have never cooked for more than me and my wife. Not sure what to cook yet. Looking for ideas. I will cook Thursday to bring to work on Friday or I will get up early Friday morning.

    Welcome! I'm glad you're here! How about an appetizer? ABTs are good & pig shots are nice. If you want to go with something unusual, how about a batch of pig candy or maybe bacon wrapped pickled watermelon rind?
