We had some friends over tonight for a Mexican food themed night. I got so wrapped in cooking and was behind so much that I missed a ton of pictures. We made soft tacos three ways, shrimp, chicken and flank steak. I made a red cabbage slaw and pickled onions as well. We made guacamole, rice and refried beans as well. Everything turned out great with exception to the beans, they dried out on me. Here are the pics I remembered to take.
