Stuffed Cabbage, Daddy Daycare Pt. 2

Two egg cooks, one day, plus Daddy Daycare... Damn.

SWMBO called and informed me that dinner was made, all I had to do was assemble.  Stuffed cabbage rolls from Mario Batoli.  Was going to stick them in the oven when I passed the egg on the way to the trash, and noticed we were still around 300 from my pizza cook earlier.  I didn't get pics of the put together, but I got a couple before they went in the egg.

Refreshed with Royal Oak, and back up to 375 for 1.5 hr.

Amazing flavor.  Will be doing this again.  Only changes that SWMBO made was bacon instead of pancetta, and should couldn't find dried currents.
