So is anyone else working on Labor Day?

I had the entire week of the 4th of July off, but we are working today on Labor Day. The past few years we were closed, but it didn't happen this year. I have been wanting to try a stuffed meatloaf and today was going to be the day, but I am not egging. I am working. Well I am at work. We will say that. 

I was out of town all day Saturday and had a family birthday party yesterday so I will have to egg tonight when I get off. 

I hope those of you that are off enjoy your day!

I working on getting a couple pork butts on the egg. My neighbors are both working at there jobs though.

I will go in for a.few hours to take advantage of a quiet office, but not really working - more like organizing my otherwise disheveled life

Yup, I'm working 4-Midnight. Not my favorite shift, but 8.5hrs of OT is worth it.

Edit: 30 minutes travel.

Well at least I am not the ONLY one here working today. We don't get a lot of days off unfortunately. 

I am happy for those of you that did have a long weekend.

Well I worked all day, but I fired up both eggs when I got home. Just simple chicken and burgers, but I still got to Egg!

I worked on my tan in Seaside ... Does that count?  What did you do with the chicken and the burgers?  I had a  SHORT RIB burger a few weeks ago and am DYING to try.

I'm working 5pm-6am... But I get to do some egging Tues, Wed, Thur, and Fri. while all of you are at work.

@ChristinaSunshine I was in a hurry when I got home so it was just regular hamburgers on one egg and chicken strips on the other. 

My 13 year old daughter doesn't like hamburgers (I know I can't believe it either), but she loves chicken strips so she got her wish. 

I have rib eyes going on tomorrow evening after work (of course)!

At least you got the cook in... With two Eggs no less, now that is great.

That is what I love about having two eggs. I didn't really have room for both the chicken and burgers on one grill. It was so nice to have them both going at the same time. I was finished with both of them in record time. 

That is important to me on a week night especially when it was 97 degrees outside!
