Thursday's cook on the small

Options
Nothing special here. Just a pork loin rubbed with Dizzy Dust coarse. The loin is almost 4 pounds. I'm going 350 indirect with hickory and pecan for smoke. I plan to smother in apple butter for the last 10-15 minutes.

I wish I could take pics like Hapster.

I'll post updated pics later if I don't have to many Summer Shandy's.
