Chicken sandwichs

I needed to cook some chicken breasts that I defrosted so I decided to make chicken sandwiches. I seasoned the chicken with lemon pepper, death dust, and some JOs rib & chicken rub, alternating the death dust and JOs. I also grilled some bacon after par-cooking it in the microwave.
Finished. I pan toasted the bun with butter, added cheddar, bacon, red onion and a little sauce.

That is simple deliciousness. The very first restaurant I cooked in had an awesome chicken sandwich that I will never forget. Grilled chicken, bacon, swiss, honey mustard, and pickle.
