LOL....just wonderin how the holes that are on your top and bottom bands are lined up? I'm guessing in a perfect world they would be in perfect alignment but oddly the holes on mine are off 1/4 inch on the left side but spot on on the right side of my egg.Guess if it opens and closes ok and has a good seal im ok right? Seams to vary with temp to.

Have said it before: if it will close, it will cook. And that extra 1000 miles is just to far. Will drive into maybe Saint John, NB.

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

None. Not that far and it's on the coast. Was told I should not miss Campobello Island and the summer home in Canada of FDR.
