No video to share here, but some pics of recent cooks while at the beach, and we brought the mini down with us. We have been using the mini a lot, and I have done a few cooks on the mini I thought I'd share to show the versatility. From hot, quick cooks like frying shrimp and crab cakes to the traditional low & slow like ribs.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
