Saturday lunch is spatch'd bbq chicken and prosciutto wrapped bbq shrimp

First, the tip of the cap picture to @hapster

Chicken got Tony Cacherie and Swamp Venom. Made very thin sauce of cider vinegar, apple juice, crushed red peppers, and Rendevous sauce. Cooked 400 direct, basted with sauce. Pic is when it was about half way done.

Dipped into what I bought for dinner to make an app of proscuitto wrapped grilled shrimp, I grilled till done and basted with the sauce. Here is plated pic.

Next up is a Godfather marathon. Tonight is pizza again, I truly cant help myself - I am a pizza addict. Got up and made dough with some 00 flour this am. Will do bbq chicken pie and shrimp/chicken apple sausage pie.
