Ribs for Tonight's Dinner (pics)

Made a trip to business Costco this morning, picked up six racks of spareribs waiting about 4 1/2 lbs per rack. These will be served along with tri-tip and chicken for a birthday party at my son's house These ribs were seasoned with John Henry's honey lemon rub..... Stoker was set at 235° with the pit probe on the bottom rack
