    @HDumptyEsq‌, Yuengling is the only "big name" beer I drink. Nothing else in that category compares. What is your preferred swill in that class? If you say PBR, many will hate you, but henapple will offer bacon-related sexual favors.

    Yuzu Kosho is a Japanese chili paste. I didn't have any so I used Korean red chili paste. Mix with soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil. Quick marinate and grill yakitori style.

    Big River Grill in Chattanooga has their own brews and their IPA is out-f@#$%ing-standing.
    Wouldn't touch PBR with yours!
    The chicken sounds wonderful.
    I'm doing a Margherita-marinated, stuffed breasts tonight. Pix later.

    First: very good looking plate man. The question is how are you loading your pic? It takes a long time to load on my computer.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    It's a phone pic. I just had really nice early evening light coming into my sunroom. The standard "attach a file" modus operandi.
