PICANHA for those who like beef

Recently a friend of mine who owns a Brazilian grocery story called me to tell me that a new order of picanha had arrived and so off I went. 
She is holding a 9# package of picanha and in the background the bottom picture is of a cook Senor Beli did a few years back.

Living in a small city in Greece forbids me from having access to great beef. However this cut is available frozen from Brazil at a local Makro ( something like a Costco I think). .always cook it direct at 450f till medium at the most. Great for steak sandwiches too.
