Did some chicken legs tonight. Turned out awesome. 350 direct for about 20 min. Tossed half in Stone Smoked Porter BBQ sauce and half in Franks. Dusted all of them with house rub (amazing ribs Memphis dust). Also hooked up a frozen pie for the wife.
