It's always good to see you at an eggfest! Your picodillo was great. The hired help did a great job too! she has the beauty and brains of her grandmother. We will also be heading to Athens next year.

Joan we had the best time ever. Thanks to both you and Will for helping a couple of newbies to cooking at Athens and sharing the tent.

We will post the recipes a little later for the Baja Wave Tacos and Margarita cookies

For those who have not yet experienced the Athens Eggfest take a look at the EggHead Deck. This is a great place for a Eggfest and our thanks go out to all of the sponsors and volunteers.

    We have a great time.

The Athens sponsors are so very generous and sure know how to put on a spectacular event.  We had a great time and can't wait until next year!  Counting the days....secretly looking (dreaming of) lakeview property on Lake Athens!
