Hello,
Has anybody ever used the Simmer Mat on the Egg? If yes, how have you used it? It is supposed to be used for low heat on a gas stove. Thank you.

I use my simmer mat inside all the time, as well as on our propane burners outside. I've never used one on the BGE, but don't see any reason you couldn't. Those mats have saved many a pot of beans, chili, marina sauces, and stews!KelleyEgging with No Joke Smoke (Bruce), enjoying small town life in Brenham, TX., the home of Blue Bell Ice Cream.
