Cooking two pork tenderloins indirect at 400. One with just some spices on it, the other a Cuban version stuffed with ham, cheese, Swiss cheese and pickles. Again enjoying a nice cold Guinness.

How long did it take and what kind of weight did you have? Thanks.lantzwr said:Cooking two pork tenderloins indirect at 400. One with just some spices on it, the other a Cuban version stuffed with ham, cheese, Swiss cheese and pickles. Again enjoying a nice cold Guinness.

I cooked them for about 45 minutes. Not sure of the weight, it was one of those cryovac'd packages from BJ's or Sams that comes with two tenderloins in it. Maybe 2 lbs or so.Rob, Large BGE, Merritt Island, (Space Coast of Florida)Boiler UP
