Saturday Cook

Options
The plan was Dichickos Garlic marinated chops tonight, and Teriyaki marinated turkey thighs tomorrow.  We have a bit of a busy weekend, and I am really sore from clearing the banana grove today, so I kept the fire going and after the chops went ahead and cooked the turkey.  Fresh hot is best, but the teriyaki thighs reheat really well, even after freezing.  Will make tomorrow a bit simpler.

Going to hit the hot tub with some Bushmills.
