Sausage and amazing gift.

Pantsypants came up to the boonies to make some sausage. We made some Boudin and Mediterranean lamb. I'll get some pics up tomorrow unless he does. He brought me an amazing gift. This is a bottle that Molson's ran for the olympics in Sochi. You probably saw the passport swipe fridge. If I can avoid drinking it, it will be a very serious collectible.

It cracked me up when we both went for the raw lamb. You have to admit it was better when I salted it.

You would be amazed at how much raw meat and boudin mix we have left over. I kind of wish you hadn't "eyeballed" the lamb spice so we could make it again.
