If you are ever in Chicago, I cannot say enough about this place. I have been there several times for normal meals that have all been very good, but went last night with 9 friends for my birthday and it was an amazing experience.

We loaded up on the blackened alligator app which was a huge hit, even with the people who were a little skittish about it, and I went for broke with the Kobe style beef ribs. Absolutely melt in your mouth good.

Lee Ann Whippen stopped by our table to see how everything was, and I got to talk to her briefly about Egging and competitions.

All in all a fantastic experience and a nice alternative to the Chicago Steakhouse culture.
