Red skin potatoes and onions tossed with olive oil, s&p under the chicken.
Chicken was excellent as always. Potatoes were good, but the onions were outstanding. They kinda caramelized, so they were sweet and smokey. Will do a pan of just onions in the near future.

@jimkdickey - that's a homemade raised grid - 14" grid from an old kettle grill, 4" bolts, nuts, washers. Works well and only cost me about 10 bucks since I already had the grateAustin, TX
