Holy Posole

Found this at HEB and thought I would give it a go.

I had a 7 steak defrosted from our calf we slaughtered last fall.  Added about 7 small sweet red and yellow peppers, 1 jalapeño, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, 4 tomatillos  lots of mushrooms, poured over the meat and covered......I know not even close to being traditional...but....Put in the oven @350 and cooked several hours.  WOW was this good.
