Monday night cook

Hello all-
I've been a lazy sod and have not posted much lately. I'm not traveling this week so weekday cooks can be a bit more adventurous. Alder-smoked Salmon fillets (Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin, 250 deg, indirect, 40 min) with grilled Belgian Endive (EVOO, s/p, lemon juice, parmesan cheese) and Pureed Cauliflower. Not the most attractive presentation but hey, it's Monday and it still tasted smashing.
