A philly cheese stuffed sirlion
Barbecue ribs
and then maple glazed smoked turkey breasts.

Thanks everyone. I've owned my egg for about 8 months now.
All the in laws say it's the best thing I ever did.
Should I post the recipes here or in the recipe section?
This is my first shot a brisket. I was working my way up to it all summer.
Intimidated I was. Kinda sorry I waited so long. It was a smash at Christmas.

Here's some chicken stuffed tomatoes.

I'd like the stuffed tomato recipe in particular.In Manchester, TNVol For Life!

I modified it from a recipe I found in a book.
The original was vague and bland with no chicken.
6 Tomatoes
1 cup of bread crumbs
half a sweet yellow onion diced
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of cyanne pepper
1 garlic clove diced
1 chicken breast and cooked.
Cook the chicken breast to your liking.
Grind it up.
Cut the tops off of the tomatoes
Scoop out and set the shells aside.
Blend the inside of the tomatoes
Mix in everything else.
Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture.
Place a large pat of butter on top of each.
I put mine in a pan with the juice from the cooked chicken on the bottom.
Cooked indirect at about 325 for 20 minutes.
Note: I think adding cream cheese and some jalapeno to these would put it over the top.
But then again I'm a cheese freak.
