7 lb ham smoked and glazed with Myron's recipe, my Wife made Cabbage Roll Casserole (ground up the trimmings from spare ribs in her Porkert meat grinder) as well as Irish Soda bread with her new Kitchenaid mixer. Toasted Head Chardonnay.
