I got 2 one for each Egg and I'm using one today I have to say I LOVE IT !
2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIAN

    Did you put the nomex on the egg or cap itself? Do you find the temps are much different to control?

    My Egg already had the gasket on it as far as temp control I didnt notice any difference
