So the birds been on for 3 hours. How doi slow down breast or speed up thigh at this point?

    you can't! foil the breast and you will be just fine! i had the same problem last year and i foiled them and there were not dry at all even tho there were about 180 IT. Good Luck!

    I'm no expert by any means but at this point I think it probably is what it is. This is where having a egg really helps matters because even if you overcook the breast a little it will still be very moist.  Hopefully someone will be along that has something more helpful to say.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
