And up like probably a bunch of you. Turkey's all brined, loaded up and waiting for the Egg to stabilize at 275. Going to smoke it with some apple. Did a practice bird for my wife's work yesterday and it looked great. Looking forward to seeing everybody's cooks. Happy Thanksgiving all.
