    A little Vietnamese dipping sauce (Nouc Mamn) for those egg rolls and you will be all set.

    some with browned sausage, cabbage and carrots with red wine vinegar and mushrooms diced. some with pulled pork instead of sausage, and some with mozzarella and some without.  All were very good. Will be doing those again, often.
