White Chicken Chili
Cooked up a batch of chicken chili for a work contest tomorrow. Recipe was from taste of home http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/creamy-white-chili cooked on the small at around 400, plate setter legs down.
Gotta get a slightly smaller skillet.
Chicken cooking with some original cluck and squeal.
Beans, you Texans just skip this part, chilies, stock and seasonings.
Everyone in the pool
Time to go inside and add the creams
Stir in the sour cream and heavy whipping cream
This stuff is wonderful!

Thanks. That is now on my to-do list.

@GATraveller - it works well for something a little bit different. We served it with cornbread and a dollop of daisy.

You could use cream or sour cream. I was trying to replicate something I had in a restaurant in Sterling, MI. I have been to chili parties that all of it was gone and the others barely touched.

Made some stock with legs and backs and a smoked leg.
Browned some breast meat.
Added some ground turkey
Added the vegetables. half a bottle of white wine, stock, sage, cilantro and beans
NOTE: Shredded and added smoked leg meat
Cooked it down and added coconut milk
Topped with sour cream, sliced jalapenos, old white cheddar and sage.

@caliking, that's all we make at home. I prefer it to regular. But on a hot dog, regular wins.
