Green lightning bacon wrapped aged sirloin

I loved the green lightning shrimp (@Griffin, via Steven R.), and I'm not even that much of a shrimp fan. I am a big fan of bacon, and of aged sirloin. Making spaghetti squash as the side.

I'm cooking these like I do pig shots, 350 indirect.. until the bacon is done. Might go to 400 so the meat isn't overdone.
