    Man that look's good! Never done oysters on the grill always just eat them raw. How did they turn out?

  • Sorry been a long time since I posted. I thought I had included a comment. Anyways, the Oysters were a New Orleans ACME recipe and were outstanding. Next time I will toast some Cuban or French bread to soak up some of the buttery garlic goodness. I caught some Spanish Mackerel last Friday and smoke em up. Made a nice fish spread with Dukes, Worchester, Hot Sauce, Cream Cheese and Lemon Zest. It was perfect to munch on while watching football. Sorry for being away but the Egg has been rocking!
