350ish, indirect. Turned at one hour, sprayed with beer every 30 minutes. Total cook about 2 hours. Used Orange chunks - no smoke flavor. I think I'll pitch the chunks.

Bite off the bone very easily. Did not fall of the bone but pretty close. Pulled them just in time.
