Salt crusted pork tenderloin

I did naked whiz's salt crusted tenderloin recipe tonight. Rubbed with dizzy dust, coffee grinds, and lots of salt. Turned out really good, but a tad overdone. It was pretty hot down in the fire pit for the Thermapen. Also baked a pecan pie in the egg and roasted some fingerling potatoes and asparagus. Great meal.

Great idea and looks delicious. I have been known to salt crust fish and prime ribs over the years, keeps the moisture in and no after cook salty taste.
