Granddaughter's 2nd Birthday Cook

Her parents (step-son) didn't want anything big so I kept it simple; just some burgers and Italian sausage.  Any excuse to get the fire going and play with temp control now days.  Do have some ribs sitting in the fridge for tomorrows cook.  First low and slow to prepare for a butt on Mon.  At least something good is coming out of the shutdown (rat bastards).

Managed to get a pic before we noticed things got quiet.  We found her saddled up to the table digging into "my cake".  Guess we couldn't argue with her.
