Howdy everyone,
As the title says I am a newbie with my lg bge. Have had it almost two weeks now and am really enjoying it. I must say that I have read many posts
already and wanted you to know how helpful they have been. It has been killing me having to wait this long to be able to post but hey what can I say?!
So far I have tried (and learned along the way) - wings, pizza, spatchcock chicken, Firewalk Shrimp, Trex ribeye and tonite another attempt at pizza.
I can tell there is going to be a learning curve, but I seem to have a little handle on it thanks to the posts from many of you.
Thanks and I look forward to reading and writing about this wonderful cooker!

I'm right there with ya Bruce. Picked mine up last Sat. You've been a bit more busy that I have been. I was pissed tonight cause the SWMBO wanted to go see her brother at the hospital which ruled out another run at a spatchcock.
What were your results like on the Trex? I'm concerned I won't be able to get the temp down for the finishing part.
