Quick Refresher on fatties

I can't remember whether this is a indirect cook...guessing it is...temps and how long. Smoking several for a trip to The Grove at Ole Miss on Saturday. Will be serving these cold....no flames in The Grove

I would go indirect at a fairly low temp. 250-275ish egg temp until the fatties are 160 internal.  It will take around 2 hours I think.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
