7 lb Rib Roast

Going to do this one as a work in progress, for the first time.  If it does not turn out well I will have lost $55 and some face.

Rubbed with butter and then seasoned, and done direct lower grid, bone side down, for 15 minutes.  I then pulled it, flipped it fat side down in the roaster, smeared some more butter and seasonings and put it back in at 350.  Shooting to pull in the 120's.

Some corn and potatoes getting baked as well.
