Hello, I bought a raw pork belly today and trying to decide on how to use it? There's a resturant close to home (Nashville, TN) called City House that had a pork belly pizza that is awesome, it has big chunks of the cooked pork belly and fresh mozarella cheese and they crack an egg over it and cook in a wood fire pizza oven. YUM! Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. So are their any recommendations for the pork belly on the egg?
