You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

Veal Chops

I bought a couple of nice thick veal chops at Costco. Some s&p, lemon juice, olive oil and steak spice. Left them in the fridge for a few hours and then grilled them at 500. Baked some spuds, grilled some asparagus and fresh corn. Man that was good! I will repeat this!

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

Outstanding plate!  Love veal chops and those appear to be top notch.
