Just pulled two pork butts off the Egg....I did not tie then as they ad bones and I assumed they would hold together......yeah, just kidding. Used two huge spatulas to pull them off. Resting now....FTC...will serve with vinegar apple slaw, grilled corn on the cob, Hawaiian rolls, and follow with fresh peach pound cake. Pics to follow!
