Part two of todays cook was hamburgers done raised direct on the ci grate 450 dome .served with a few side salads egg potato salad ,pasta and a Italian potato salad .burger had romaine , tomato and red onion with a few spicy pickles along with ketchup and a spicy mustard .Burgers turned out really good nice and juicy far better than my gasser could have turned out
