This might sound stupid but I am doin 2 cooks this weekend. 2 chuckles on Sat prolly bout 7-8hr of cookin, hopefully done by 5 then I was going to put a flat on about midnight. Question is would you plan on 2 fires or 1 really long one? I don't like adding lump to a fire that is already stable because I think it is hard to control. Thinking maybe a clean burn after the chuckles and a relight later for the flat. What say you?
