Pizza night

Cooked pizzas tonight. For mine I made homemade sauce and went light on toppings. My wife prefers way more cheese.
I managed to get one really round, the other one not so much. I couldn't get the temp as high as I wanted. I did the pizzas after baking the bread and may have used up too much lump, or build up too much ash. I really need to spring for a High-Que grate.
