Got my LBGE for a combined Fathers Day and Birthday present a couple of weeks ago and have been lurking around here ever since. I've cooked some ribeyes, a rack of spare ribs and a chicken, and a rack of baby backs and a chicken. Got up this morning at 4am to start a 6lb butt and 5 lb turkey breast. Injected and rubbed the butt last night and brined the turkey breast. I also have developed an unhealthy obsession with BBQ Pitmasters TV. . I live in southeast Ohio and look forward to interacting with everyone here.
