I am making some roast beef For sandwiches. Two top rounds rubbed with calendars Greek seasoning. Waiting on egg to get to temp.
Will cook to 125 indirect at 450 to 500.

Well I could not get the egg above 350 to 400 so theses were done the same. They are in foil right now and I hope to slice tomorrow.Duncan, SC
